There are many times we can’t concentrate on our work. It can be because we are juggling a lot of things together or maybe having any sort of mental health issues. Whatever the reason is, there are plenty of solutions. In this article, I am focusing on the three best apps that will help you to boost your concentration. These apps will also help you to concentrate on your work. From guilt to making different noises – these apps have tried it all to help your concentration.

Forest

The first app I will talk about is the Forest app. It takes the approach of guilt to capture your focus. The concept of this app is, you plant a tree by setting a timer yourself. In this required time, the tree continues to grow. However, if you use your phone or other sites before the time is set, then your tree dies.

With time the app grows into a forest. It is a good and wholesome feeling you get with all the trees and greenery. The key for this app is to set the timer according to your choice. Don’t set your timer too long or too short.

Best Features:

  • The app has partnered with ‘Trees for the Future’ – a real tree-planting organization. The team donates the virtual coins their users use to the organization who in turn plant real trees.
  • There is a personality test to find your focus type.

Pricing: Free as a chrome extension; for free or $2 on iOS and Google Play.

Focus Keeper

I believe procrastination is one of the key enemies of concentration. Procrastination can bring your life to a standstill. You constantly keep your work for later until a pile stands in front of you. Focus Keeper is designed to accelerate your productivity. The focus keeper follows the Pomodoro technique. Here the work is broken into intervals of time. The focus keeper will divide the workload into intervals of time precisely within a 25-minute-time frame. It has a simple interface and the app keeps track of your productivity.

There is also Focus Keeper 2.0 which is basically redesigning the previous one with more flexible features. A lot of people have raved about the success of this app in their life. So, I guess it’s no harm trying.

Best Features:

  • Both versions of the app provide flexible sessions letting you work with time not against it.
  • The new design allows easier task navigation and time management.

Pricing: Free or $2 for premium
