Manucheher Shafee is a master’s student of International Development at the Paris Institute of Political Studies, referred to as Sciences Po. He graduated in International and Strategic Studies (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Malaya, in Malaysia and had worked as a public policy researcher for an international think tank based in Kuala Lumpur.
